Description
The Veiled Balcony is a well appointed establishment for being located in the Dura district of Sharn.
History
The Vieled Balcony was established as a legitimate inn in the City of Sharn a few years before the end of the Last War. It was well regarded despite being located in the Dura district of the city. Many neighborhood tavern dwellers consider it a second home for a bit of an escape from their daily grind.

Party Ownership Information
Ownership of The Veiled Balcony will have the following benefits to the party if they so choose to take it over. - Provides access to the network Dalen cultivated and can be utilized, for fees. - 1 GP for a simple piece of info. - 5 GP for impactful pieces of info. - 20 GP for high quality intel. - Whether level of information is available is determined by a dice roll before the session. - Provides income from its operations to each of the party members. - Starts with 2 innkeepers and 1 intelligence collector. - Per week, the employees need to be paid out of generated funds. - Innkeepers = 4 GP/week - Intelligence Collector = 8 GP/Week - Income from the inn is generated through a few different methods. - 6 rooms x 1/2 GP a night * 7 nights a week = 21 GP a session. - Food and drinks is innkeepers count * d10 = >=2 GP a session initial. - Information ring info is intelligence collector * d20 = >=1 GP a session initial. - Initial math on this: (21 GP Rooms + 2 GP f&b + 1 GP info) - (8 GP innkeerps + 8 GP info collector) >= 16 GP per session to the party inventory.
